Kevin Hinton – drawings, paintings and prints
Welcome to my website. Here's what's happening now ...
We have a brilliant initiative for local artists in our area ...
The Eynsham Art Window makes use of an otherwise redundant shop window as a showcase for for artists working in Eynsham and the surrounding villages. The window has a Facebook page – @EynshamArtWindow – or if you are in the area you'll find it at 66 Mill Street, Eynsham.
I have a couple of pieces in there this month, but there's lot's more great and varied work to see.
It looks the live events for Artweeks 2021 are really going to happen! Fingers crossed. I'll be exhibiting from home from Saturday 1st to Sunday 9th May inclusive from 11am to 6pm – venue 56 – see www.artweeks.org for updates and details. If we can't welcome you 'live' there will be plenty to see on the the Artweeks virtual exhibitions.

Having started on 1st January 2018, in September I made my 1000th daily sketch. You can see all 1000 plus arranged by month by clicking HERE.
I am currently working on commissions and exploring more involved projects inspired by some of the subjects of the past three years.

Delighted that Oxfordshire Mind used a selection of my sketches for their Christmas Cards last year.
The cards were sold in packs of 10, two each of five designs, available from the Oxfordshire Mind website – oxfordshiremind.org.uk
It was great to join in with Tom Croft's inspiring project, which is now an online exhibition by Google Arts and Culture in collaboration with Paintings in Hospitals. There are nearly 800 paintings and some fascinating commentaries. Visit the online exhibition HERE.
It's also available as a book published by Bloomsbury and due for release in mid November. You can read all about it and pre-order from Bloomsbury HERE or from Amazon or independent booksellers. All Royalties - a minimum of £2.50 per book - will go to NHS Charities Together.
